REIKI
I have been a REIKI Practitioner for over 13 years. REIKI is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. During our session healing energy is used to reduce pain and discomfort from chronic or acute conditions. This technique can also be used to induce deep relaxation and balance your body, mind and spirit.
During our session you remain fully clothed lying face-up on my massage table. No oil or lotion is used. My hands are gently and lightly placed on or over your body in a sequence of positions from your head to your feet. Most sessions are 50 minutes in length unless you schedule a longer one. After the session most people experience a sense of wellbeing, deep relaxation, and warmth.
